Spyder Lewis Webb

  • Graduated from McClenaghan High School in 1971
  • Graduated from Francis Marion University in 1978 with B.S. Degree in Clinical Science
  • Served as Athletic Trainer in High School, College and Professionally
  • In high school, he received 9 letters as a trainer
  • At Clemson in 1971-73, he was a trainer for the football and freshmen basketball team
  • From 1973-2012, he served as Head Athletic Trainer for all sports at FMU
  • During the Summer months, he served as trainer for the professional minor league baseball team in Spokane, Washington.
  • Received the “Joe Martin Award” for Service to Professional Baseball
  • He was presented the award for 25 years Professional Baseball Service by Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers
  • In charge of the Everett Baseball Aqua Sox Community Care programs
