Category A: (must meet all three requirements)

A Florence High School graduate, living or deceased.

Received a varsity letter from a Florence High School Athletic Department.

Eligible five (5) years after graduation from high school.

(The requirement of graduation from a Florence High School may be waived under special circumstances by a majority vote of the Florence Athletic Hall of Fame Board of Directors.)

Category B

Any individual, living or deceased, who has made significant achievements to a Florence High School's athletic program(s).

Included are coaches, trainers, or individuals who are necessarily eligible under Category A.

Additional eligibility requirements for this category are as follows:

Non‐graduate from a Florence High School:
Minimum of five (5) years employed in athletics at a Florence High School.

                OR

Graduate from a Florence High School:
Minimum of five (5) years employed in athletics at any high school or higher level.

(The requirement may be waived under special circumstances by a majority vote of the Florence Athletic Hall of Fame Board of Directors.)
