- Drafted by the New York Giants in 1976 in the 4th round and retired in 1988. (13

- Team captain for 10 years with Giants
- Played on 1986 Super Bowl Champion Team as the Giants defeated the Broncos 39 ‐ 20
- Rated the #1 “Inside Linebacker” in NFL History by Pro Football Weekly
- Named to the All‐Rookie Team after his first season ‐ 1976
- Named to the All‐NFL Team 7 times
- Named to the All‐NFC Team 8 times
- Named NFC Linebacker of the year twice 1978 & 1979

- Harry has co‐hosted CNN's NFL Preview, appeared on WCBS as a Broadcast Analyst and has
been a
Special Correspondent for playoffs and the Super Bowl on ABC‐TV's Good Morning
America.
He has also been on ABC Sports College Football & New York's Madison Square Garden network
- Harry has had acting roles on the daytime television shows “The Guiding Light”,
“One Life To Live” & “Loving”. He has also been on game shows
“Double Dare” with his daughter Aja where they donated their winnings to terminally ill
children's research
- Awarded Walter Camp Foundation 2011 “Man of the Year”
- Awarded as a Distinguished Graduate by Florence School District 1 Foundation in 2004
Harry is affiliated with many organizations and is involved with numerous charities such as the United
Way,

Young Father's Program at UMDDNJ, The Literacy Council of New Jersey, Habitat for
Humanity, The Tomorrow's
Children Fund, MANetc.& the Autism Coalition. He is a honorary member of Phi Theta Kappa International
Society, member of the NCAA Honor Committee, and currently serves as a Board member of the New
York State
Special Olympics.
Harry now lives in New Jersey where he is CEO and President of Harry Carson, Inc., a Sports Consulting and
Promotions Company
